Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing that order as long as it has not been shipped. For refunds, please return the unopened, unused purchased item within thirty (30) days of purchase to receive a full refund. Items returned opened within thirty (30) days, will be eligible for an account credit only. Please contact info@botanika.life with any questions.
