What is the Difference Between 500mg and 1,000mg of CBD? 

Comparing the difference between 500mg and 1000mg of CBD oil involves the obvious: first, make sure you are comparing the same size bottle or amount of liquid in a tincture. Then take note of the strength, or potency, you aim to achieve from using CBD. Assuming the bottle size is the same, a tincture with 1000mg of CBD is twice as strong as a 500mg CBD oil. 

When to use 500mg rather than 1,000mg or greater

Although 500mg CBD oil options may be cheaper, they are less likely to produce noticeable benefits.
