"I ordered this product not because I have any pain but because I now suffer from horrible hot flashes and most products for hot flashes only remain cold for a short period of time. When I read that this remains cold for 6 hours I decided why not give it a try. Well after receiving it yesterday, I placed it into the freezer for 2 hours. After that, it was such a relief for me to have something stay cold enough for me to use for these hot flashes as long as this did. My husband did not believe me that it was super cold and when I passed the roller on his arm he pulled back due to how cold it was. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from being hot"
